Refund & Cancellation Policy

At our institution, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences to all participants. As a general policy, all course fees paid are non-refundable. However, refund and cancellation requests may be considered in limited circumstances and will be processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

General Terms

• All cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and are subject to management approval.
• Refunds will be calculated only on the actual amount paid by the learner.
• Processing fees, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

Course Cancellation Before Commencement

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment before the course start date may request a refund as follows:

Withdrawal After Course Commencement

Participants who choose to withdraw after the course has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund under exceptional circumstances and subject to management approval.

A refund of 75% of the course fee paid (excluding processing charges, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes) may be granted if a written withdrawal request is submitted within the first 5 calendar days from the course commencement date and is supported by valid documentary evidence, where applicable.

Where course materials, digital content, recordings, e-books, downloadable resources, printed learning materials, software licenses, examination fees, certification fees, or third-party services have been accessed, downloaded, issued, used, provided, or incurred on behalf of the participant, the institution reserves the right to deduct the applicable cost of such materials, services, and resources from any approved refund amount.

No refund shall be granted for withdrawal requests submitted after the first 5 calendar days from the course commencement date.

The institution reserves the right to request supporting documents and will review each refund request based on the circumstances and evidence provided. The institution's decision shall be final and communicated in writing.

Course Rescheduling

Participants may request a transfer to a future batch, subject to seat availability and management approval. Any such requests must be submitted before the course commencement date.

Approved transfers may be permitted only once per enrollment and must be utilized within six months from the original course commencement date.

Upon approval of a batch transfer or rescheduling request, the participant's enrollment shall be deemed transferred to the new batch, and the enrollment shall no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund under this policy.

No refund shall be granted for participants who have opted for and received approval for a batch transfer or course rescheduling.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, participants must submit their request through email (training@ipsrsolutions.com) with the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Phone Number
• Order/Enrollment ID
• Course Name
• Reason for Cancellation or Refund Request

Requests may also be submitted directly to the Course Coordinator or the Administration Office.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed only through direct bank transfer from the Company's bank account to the customer's designated bank account within 14 business days from the date of approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the participant's bank or payment service provider.

The institution reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time. Any changes will apply only to enrollments made after the revised policy is published on the official website.
